We are working on a bolt on mount for Rigid Industries 30″ LED Light Bar, based on our standard bolt on dash bar. We started mounting Rigid Industries LED Light Bars over the dash on custom roll cages we were making for different customers. In our area with a lot of woods trail riding it works great down low where it does not get hit by branches. After getting several requests we decided to make this as a bolt on LED light bar mount to work with the factory roll cage.

We updated the design for our Polaris RZR Chassis Bones. They are all now CNC laser cut, and we redesigned our end piece clamp design where the slot length is now staggered. This causes the tabs on the end to twist as the machined end piece is torqued down. We didn’t have a problem with our first design, but we figure the tabs will get more of a bite into the tube with this design.

Here are some spy shots of something new we are working on. I won’t say what it is yet, but it is something for an ATV. This drawing is a cut away view of it. Any guesses? Stay tuned!

Here is an idea we are working on for the Polaris RZR. Bolt on support bar would strengthen factory roll cage and also provide a place to mount lights.
Update:
We now have 2 versions of our bolt on Polaris RZR Roll Cage Support Bars for sale!
We improved upon some of the ideas from our original prototype. We now machine the tube clamps so that they fit down over the factory roll cage bungs. This adds strength to these connection points and also looks better mounted lower and bent to better fit the contour of the dash.
Standard Support Bar $150
Support Bar with V-Brace $250
