Our new Polaris RZR rear sway bar offers an increase in performance and strength over the stock unit and also has the added feature of quick disconnect links. This allows you to have the best of both worlds by being able to quickly disconnect your sway bar for added suspension articulation for trail riding, and reconnect it for more stability for higher speed riding.
ATR Polaris RZR Sway Bar is a bolt in replacement of the stock unit and takes about 30 minutes to install. ATR Sway Bar features 4 chomoly rod ends that allow for bind free movement and are teflon lined to ensure long life. Sway Bar links come in a zinc plated finish. Quality Bowtie style pins are used to be able to quickly disconnect and reconnect sway bar.

Our Can-Am Renegade & Outlander HD Tie Rods are CNC machined from ¾” high strength steel and are finished in Yellow Zinc Chromate to protect from corrosion. Flat spots are milled into the tie rods for easy steering adjustment. These are a must have item for Can-Am Renegades & Outlanders with lift kits and oversized tires where the stock tie rods are easily bent. This is a complete tie rod kit also including ATR Tie Rods and HD Tie Rod Ends from All Balls Racing.

Our machined steering stem bushing for the Can Am Renegade replaces the OE plastic bushing. The OE bushing is prone to wear quickly which will cause the steering to feel loose. Many owners have also found the need to constantly keep the factory plastic bushing lubed to keep it from squeaking.
Machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade aluminum our machined bushing brings back a rigid and smooth turning feeling in the handlebars. Machined bushings come with 2 rubber 0-rings to keep out the elements. Packed just once with a little grease and they will be good to go for an entire race season.

These machined tubes sleeve the factory Polaris RZR rear lower A-arm tubes and strengthen it at a point where the arm receives a lot of force. Breaking the lower spindle bolt is a common problem with the way the lower coilover mount is on the back side of the arm. This causes the a-arm to want to twist with hard impacts where it can shear off the bolt head. Our bolt in sleeve strengthens the a-arm where it needs it the most and spreads the forces from the coilover more evenly across the a-arm. This should also add to the life of the outer spindle bushing. Another nice feature we built in is CNC machined end pieces with rubber O-rings that close up the open tubes and keep them from getting packed with mud and dirt. Our Polaris RZR Chassis Ribs add strength to the rear of your chassis by bracing the sides of the chassis together with the existing factory holes and by also tying into the upper and lower A arm mounting points. The Chassis Ribs are CNC laser cut from 3/16″ steel plate. For the upper A arm mounts instead of simply welding a washer to a chopped tube like some manufactures may do we CNC machine a stair stepped end piece that centers itself inside the tube and provides us a gap for a flush tig weld that evenly penetrates both pieces.

Our new OS Handle for the Polaris RZR that not only provides a secure grab bar for passengers but also features a 3/8″ socket fitting on the end so that it can also be used as a lug wrench when removed. The OS Handle mounts in the factory passenger grab bar location and is quickly removable with the pull out pin. OS Handle features multiple mounting holes so mounting distance can be adjusted. The OS Handle features high quality MX grips from Oury that feature billet clamps on both ends to ensure the grips do not spin loose.

Our Polaris RZR Odyssey 925 Battery Install Kit is now finished! This kit includes everything you need to cleanly install a Odyssey PC925 battery in your Polaris RZR. If you are running additional off road lights and / or any kind of stereo system this is a must have item. The kit features a Billet CNC Machined tie down that features a foam pad on the back side so that the battery is firmly clamped down. This ensures there is with no danger of the bracket rubbing through the battery, as can happen with off road driving. The kit features all stainless steel hardware and brass terminal spacers. Not to leave anything out we also include a battery Tender ® harness.

Our Yamaha Rhino Chassis Ribs add structural integrity to your frame and prevent it from flexing by tying into the upper and lower A-arm mounting points. Another ATR First! We designed this Power Steering System for the Polaris Sportsman using the latest in electric power steering technology. The system senses torque from driver input and seamlessly engages the motor to drastically reduce steering effort. The system also uses a sensor to read all steering kick back and the motor absorbs hard impacts that would normally knock the handle bars out of your hands. This power steering is so responsive it is also ideal for racing such as in the GNCC series. With the unit absorbing all steering kick back it gives a definite competitive advantage. The system is a bolt on install (minus minimal wiring) and comes with detailed installation instructions.

We have developed a kit that solves the problem with the Polaris RZR’s factory steering column feeling sloppy. We use billet sleeves that are machined to exact tolerances for a perfect press fit into the RZR’s factory steering column. Each machined sleeve houses a precision needle bearing that supports the steering stem, providing a rigid and smooth turning steering wheel feel. Needle bearings are sealed at both ends to ensure a long life.

This is the most complete high performance long travel suspension system available for the Polaris RZR. This system was put together for both the competitive racer and recreational enthusiast alike that want the very best in suspension performance. This system uses Chromoly tube A arms that are TIG welded and 4″ longer than stock. These arms move the overall track width out 8″, dramatically increasing the RZR’s suspension wheel travel and stability. These arms are matched with Elka Performance Coilover Shocks that are custom valved and tuned for this system. Also included in this system is All Terrain Research’s Polaris RZR Rear Chassis Ribs, front and rear Chassis Bones, and Rear A-Arm Braces. Our Polaris RZR Light Rack is mandrel bent from 1 peice of 1″ DOM. The spreader braces are CNC laser cut and formed. All pieces are TIG welded for ultimate strength and finished look.
